We ask UK customers to allow 5-7 working days for delivery and international customers 7-14 working days.
Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed.
Are there any additional charges or taxes to be paid when ordering outside the UK?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Why do you have a minimum spend?
We have a minimum order spend of £6. This is due to warehouse costs and overheads, which mean we would incur a loss if we processed smaller orders. We appreciate your understanding with this.

If a title is out of stock will you restock?
Our popular titles can sell out quickly but rest assured we try our very best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. The good news is, if our items are out of stock, we have alternative links to other stockists online, so you’re never without options!

I have received my order but I have an issue, who do I contact?

I have received an old style cover, can it be swapped?
Due to a recent warehouse move, old stock previously put aside may find its way into the picking areas, please let us know and we can ask for someone to ensure old stock is removed and indeed send you the new version. Please email us at enquiries@wordsworth-editions.com.
Generally our illustrated copies use the original illustrations but if you have a specific query, feel free to contact enquiries@wordsworth-editions.com

I want to amend/cancel my order, who do I contact?
Please note that our warehouse operates on a high-speed automated system. This allows us to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible but it also means we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed.
We kindly ask that you double check your basket before completing your purchase. If you have any concerns after ordering, our customer service team will always do their best to support you.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. Books can be read and returned in a way that makes it difficult for us to resell them so we kindly ask customers to check their basket carefully before completing checkout.
